Changes to our operations and service
Please bear with us and be kind to our staff.
- Covid Booster appointments can be booked via The National Booking Service online or by calling 119. Please do not call in-store to book an appointment
- We will no longer be operating a telephone prescription ordering service from the 1st Oct 20; we request you order using Mortimer Pharmacy's website, app or the surgery national ordering system
- Please allow 4 working days between ordering and collecting your medicines
- To support the reduction of spread within our community, we are operating a one-way system within our Pharmacy. In emergencies the Pharmacy may be closed at short-notice, however we will continue to maintain core services between 9am-1pm and 2pm-7pm on these days
- In accordance with national recommendations, we advise that a face covering or mask must be worn before entering the Pharmacy premises
We will keep our phones manned during core hours. However, we are being inundated with calls and there may be times when we are not able to answer the phone as quickly as we would like. Please be patient with us as we are trying our very best under extremely demanding conditions
